Tamilnadu Muslim Cultural Association (TMCA) is one of the leading Indian Associations in Kuwait which reformed and inaugurated officially with the abundant grace of Almighty Allah on Friday, 22nd September 1995 at Masjid-Al Noor (Sara-Istiklal - Pakistan Indian School Building) based on a strong principle of Ahlus-sunnah Wa AlJama'a  in chair of precedence by Respected Islamic scholars and prominent personalities such as Moulana Moulavi Abdul Latheef Qasimi Hazrat, Moulana Moulavi Abbas Hazrath, Mr. Thanjai Pakkir Mohideen and many more dignitaries, well-wishers  had participated with high spirit of enthusiastic efforts.  This Association was duly registered with Indian Embassy, (No.Kuw/ISI/321/24/95) Kuwait.
